Quad Cities Drug Task Force The mission of the Quad Cities Drug Task Force is to operate an enhanced multi-jurisdictional task force to combat the controlled substances offenses within, and prevent the trafficking of controlled substances into, the quad cities area (Lewiston, Clarkston, Moscow, Pullman). To this end, member agencies work together and share information in order to identify people involved in the distribution, sale, manufacture, possession, and/or consumption of controlled substances, to develop solid, prosecutable cases against them, and to apprehend and convict them for their illegal conduct.
